Get Support¶
Stuck on something, found a bug, or have an idea? We're here to help.
Submit a ticket¶
The fastest way to reach us is the Get support button in the bottom-right corner of this site (the chat bubble). It opens a short form — pick a category, describe what's going on, and (optionally) leave an email if you'd like a reply.
Every ticket you submit here is created directly in our issue tracker, so it lands in the same queue our engineers work from. You'll get a ticket number the moment it's filed.
The same button lives inside the app
While you're working in Enjade, the identical floating feedback button is available on every screen. Use whichever is closer to hand — both file the same kind of ticket. If an error blocks you from logging in, use the button here on the Help Center instead.
What to include¶
A little detail helps us resolve things faster:
- Bug — what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots or the project/element you were on are gold.
- Idea — the problem you're trying to solve and how this would help. We'd rather hear the goal than a pre-baked solution.
- Question — just ask. If it turns out to be a common one, we'll add it to the FAQ.
Your email is optional and only used to reply to you — leave it blank to submit anonymously.
Before you file¶
You may find the answer faster in the docs:
- Frequently Asked Questions
- Getting Started
- Viewer Panel and DataGrid guides
- Admin Panel for project configuration
Use the search bar at the top of any page to jump straight to a topic.
Other ways to reach us¶
- Email: support@enjade.io
- Your administrator: for account, access, or project-specific questions, your organization's Enjade administrator can often help immediately.
Next: see how tickets work once you've submitted one.
