Login

This guide explains how to log in to the Enjade platform.

Accessing the Login Page

1. Open your web browser
2. Navigate to your Enjade server URL
3. You will see the login page

Login Credentials

Enter your credentials provided by your system administrator:

• Email - Your registered email address
• Password - Your account password

Login Process

1. Enter your email address
2. Enter your password
3. Click the Login button
4. Upon successful authentication, you will be redirected to the main application

Viewer Panel Login

When using the viewer panel embedded in a BIM viewer (like Desite MD or Trimble Connect):

1. The viewer panel will display the login form
2. Enter the same credentials as the main application
3. Select your project from the project dropdown
4. The panel will connect to the backend and sync with your viewer

Session Management

• Your session remains active while you work
• Sessions automatically refresh to prevent timeout
• If your session expires, you will be prompted to log in again

Troubleshooting

"Invalid credentials" error

• Verify your email address is correct
• Check that your password is entered correctly
• Ensure Caps Lock is not enabled

Cannot connect to server

• Check your network connection
• Verify the server URL is correct
• Contact your system administrator

Session expired

• This occurs after extended inactivity
• Simply log in again to continue working
